About Campus Communities

Washington State University's historic main campus is in Pullman. Also in Eastern Washington are WSU's regional campuses in Spokane and the Tri-Cities. The University's third regional campus, just north of Vancouver, serves southwest Washington. This map shows the WSU campus locales.

A true "college town" in every positive sense of the word, Pullman shows evidence of WSU's presence throughout the community, from WSU banners on light posts to citizens proudly wearing the university's crimson and gray colors.

Pullman is well known for its quality of life, with friendly neighbors and a wealth of cultural and recreational activities. Pullman has one of the top 100 school districts in the United States, according to the Hearst Foundation. The new Pullman Regional Hospital is a key medical facility and attracts excellent health care providers to the area.

Pullman and nearby Moscow, Idaho, home of the University of Idaho, are part of the Palouse Knowledge Corridor, which takes advantage of two research land-grant institutions located eight miles apart. The two universities share selected courses and research programs, benefitting students and the public.
